General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The T&Cs described below detail the rights and obligations of MORWINGS (see the company's legal information) and its customers in the context of the sale of all Products available on the website www.kikiyomi.com.
Any service performed by Us implies your unreserved adherence to these T&Cs.
Subscribing to Kikiyomi grants access to all audiobooks provided in the form of online courses, which also include access to book texts and additional teaching materials.
The characteristics of other products offered for sale are presented on our Site. Photographs are not contractual. MORWINGS cannot be held liable for any errors therein. All texts and images on the Site are reserved globally under copyright and intellectual property rights, except for book texts in the public domain. Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Our Site displays prices in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. The VAT amount is specified when a customer selects a product, and shipping costs, if applicable, appear on the screen at the end of the selection of various products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products ordered are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order’s registration.
The proposed prices include any temporary promotional offers that we may grant.
No discount will be granted for early payment.
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
To place an order, You must follow these steps:
Select a product on the Site;
Enter your personal information;
Choose a payment method;
Enter your bank details;
Review your order details;
If necessary, return to the previous steps to correct errors;
Accept the T&Cs;
Finalize your order by clicking the "Complete My Payment" button.
The customer validates their order by activating the "Complete My Payment" link at the bottom of the payment page after accepting these T&Cs. Before this validation, the customer can review each element of their order and correct any errors.
At any time during the order process, and after confirming your order, we reserve the right to request supporting documents to verify that you are the person initiating the order, the holder of the bank card used for payment, and/or to confirm the VAT applied to your order is correct.
To ensure the correct application of taxes and duties, particularly VAT, we may request additional information to confirm your country of residence. Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in order cancellation and a refund of any payments made.
We will only be bound by your order if we can confirm, after verifying the documents provided, that you initiated the order, were the holder of the bank card used, and/or that the VAT applied to your order is correct.
MORWINGS confirms the order via email, including details of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by MORWINGS under the GDPR Privacy Charter constitutes proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. This data is archived under legal conditions and timeframes; customers can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations service.
We offer a 7-day free trial for any subscription purchased on the Site. This free trial begins upon order confirmation, allowing you to test the product or service at no cost during this period.
On the day before the end of your free trial period (Day 6), a reminder email will be sent to inform you of the approaching trial expiration and upcoming payment. This email will specify that payment will be processed the next day unless the order is canceled before the trial ends.
At the end of the 7 days, if you have not canceled your order, payment will automatically be processed using the payment method you selected when placing the order.
You can cancel your order at any time during the free trial period without incurring any charges.
Delivery is immediate for digital products (subscriptions, online courses, videos, etc.). You must have a personal email address to validate your registration. Access to an internet network is required to log in to your account and use the services and products purchased.
For any physical products, delivery times are not guaranteed, except for deliveries to individual customers. The delivery deadline may vary depending on the recipient's address.
Payment is required immediately upon order placement, including for pre-ordered products. Payment can be made by credit card. The total balance must be paid in full for the products to be dispatched.
The transaction is secured and processed via the Stripe platform. Information transmitted is encrypted according to current security standards, ensuring it cannot be intercepted during transmission over the network. Responsibility for system security lies entirely with Stripe and cannot, under any circumstances, be attributed to us.
By validating your order, you agree that access to the platform or digital products begins immediately after the confirmation of your order during the 7-day free trial period. At the end of this period, if you continue to use the platform or access digital content within 14 days following your payment, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal.
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once access to the platform has commenced with your prior explicit consent, including the waiver of this right. This includes any use of services or digital content after the free trial period.
If you do not access the platform or use the services within the 14 days following your payment, after the free trial period, you retain your right of withdrawal. You may exercise this right without providing a justification or incurring any penalties.
To exercise this right, simply contact us at the following address: contact@kikiyomi.com, specifying the details of your order. We will process the refund as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of your withdrawal request.
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (software, downloadable files, subscriptions, etc.) once access to the platform (excluding subscriptions to Kikiyomi) or the downloading of the product has commenced with your prior explicit consent, and you have waived this right. This includes any use of services or digital content after payment.
By validating your order, you agree that access to digital products begins immediately. Consequently, you acknowledge forfeiting your right of withdrawal if you use the platform or access digital content from this date.
If, within 14 days following your payment, you have not accessed the platform or used the services offered, after the free trial period, you retain your right of withdrawal. You may exercise this right without providing a justification or incurring any penalties.
To exercise this right, simply contact us at the following address: contact@kikiyomi.com, specifying the details of your order. We will process the refund as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of your withdrawal request.
For physical products, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise your right of withdrawal. The return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the received product is defective or does not conform to your order.
If the fourteen (14) day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company commits to reimbursing the Buyer for the total amount paid, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of the withdrawal request.
All elements of the Site remain the property of Kikiyomi and, by extension, MORWINGS.
Unless explicitly authorized by MORWINGS, you are not permitted to reproduce, exploit, distribute, or use the elements of the Site, whether written, visual, or auditory.

We cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of our obligations related to Orders placed on our Site if such non-performance results from a force majeure event as defined by the jurisprudence of French courts.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

These TCU govern access to and use of the Site and the services offered there. By accessing and using the Site, you agree unconditionally to these TCU. If you do not agree to the TCU, you must stop using the Site and associated services immediately.

Access to the Site's informational pages is free and unrestricted.
However, access to the main platform, which includes paid services such as audiobooks, online courses, and additional content, is restricted to users with an active subscription. To access these services, you must create an account and subscribe through the methods provided on the Site.

The usernames and passwords provided for account access are strictly personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for their security and use.
